WHAT IS SPORT/ROPE CLIMBING?

Climbing is a fantastic sport where you work your way up awall to the highest point. You are connected to a rope via your harness for safety. Our walls and challenges are created for all abilities, grab a partner and come join the fun.

TOP ROPE, AUTO BELAY & LEAD CLIMBING!

We have top rope routes for climbers of all abilities, These offer you safety climbing up to the highest points and your partner operates the other end. Auto Belay is a climbing system you can use without the need for a partner and you are lowered softly to the ground by the device. Lead climbing is for advanced climbers who like to take the rope up as they climb & Core offers assessments everyday.

Everyone can climb, we want to see
everyone from the youngest athletes to the most senior climbers.

2024 is underway & there will be a change moving forward for Cornubia Ropes.
Our goal is to continue to grow and look to extend the hours again in the future. However, starting from this weekend we will be trialing a later start on Weekends only (this will avoid the morning sports events) come along this Saturday or Sunday from 12 to enjoy quality climbs and friendly vibes.
We will still open for events, group bookings and schools as normal.
